Spectra Products Inc. is the Toronto-based North American designer, manufacturer and distributor of Brake SafeÒ, the visual brake stroke indicating system and Brake InspectorÒ, the Company’s electronic in-cab air brake diagnostic system. The leading violation and cause of transport vehicles being put out of service in North America is brake defects, while the number one brake defect continues to be out of adjustment air brakes. As demands for enhanced brake safety increase among regulatory authorities, industry fleets and the motoring public, Spectra’s products are gaining increased recognition and acceptance as a viable solution to these problems.
