Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Inc. (SSA: TSX VENTURE) reports that it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Spectra Products Inc. continues to expand its distribution network for its air brake safety product line. Spectra Products Inc. has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with 1552530 Ontario Limited dba GeoGuidance Corp. for South America and Mexico. The distribution agreement is for a three year term, renewable annually and covers Spectra's Brake Inspector, Brake Safe and Termin-8r product lines.
One of the strategic partners in GeoGuidance Corp. is Spin Networks Inc.a Florida corporation with offices in Miami, New York and Brazil. Spin Networks develops proprietary software technologies with a focus on embedded Operating Systems network security and monitoring applications. Spin Networks principals have extensive contacts in Latin America and will be setting up sub-distributors for Spectra's air brake safety and security product lines.
