Toronto, Ontario – Spectra Inc. (SSA: TSX VENTURE) reports that it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Spectra Products Inc., continues to expand its distribution network for the Brake Inspector ä in cab electronic air brake diagnostic system. Spectra Products has signed on two new distributors in Ontario, All North Truck Centre and Truckwatch Services Ltd.
All North Truck Centre are a full line Mack and Volvo dealerships with locations in Sudbury, North Bay and Sault Ste. Marie. All North Truck Centre will be installing the Brake Inspector ä system on three trucks to be used for demonstration to their customers. The initial response from several of All North Truck Centre customers is very positive and will result in trials starting in early October 2003.
Truckwatch Services Inc. is located in Georgetown, Ontario and is recognized as a leader in commercial vehicle brake systems and brake safety. Truckwatch Services Inc. have commenced trials on the Brake Inspector® system with several of their corporate clients and are receiving very positive feedback with orders expected shortly.
